Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT) is a Singapore-focused REIT with a large and diversified portfolio of income-producing industrial assets.

It made its debut on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 21 October 2010 as Singapore's largest REIT IPO. The trust provides unitholders exposure to the robust Singapore economy and resilient industrial property sector. It aims to offer stable distributions and achieve long-term growth in asset values.

MIT’s portfolio comprises 81 properties valued at S$2.7 billion as at 31 March 2012. They include business park buildings, flatted factories, stack-up/ramp-up buildings, light industrial buildings and a warehouse.

MIT is managed by Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mapletree.
