Since its opening in 2006, the malls has always enjoyed full occupancy with 300 tenants over 1 million square feet of net lettable area. With the success of the VivoCity brand, we took this concept overseas. In China, not only did we introduce the multi-tenanted VivoCity Xi’an, we also brought first-to-market brands such as H&M to excite the retail scene. Similarly, at SC VivoCity in Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore-grown NTUC will anchor a hypermarket at this Mapletree retail development.

Our marketing experience and extensive tenant base also enabled us to attract many MNCs to relocate their regional headquarters at our flagship Mapletree Business City in Singapore. Across the Mapletree Group including our REITs, we register a high average occupancy rate across our portfolio, with more than 2,000 tenants.
