Mapletree’s real estate capital management business focuses on the management of public-listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private real estate funds. As at 31 March 2024, Mapletree has a S$77.5 billion portfolio of real estate assets. The Group manages three Singapore-listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) and nine private real estate funds.
