Mapletree Traineeship Programme (M-TRAIN)
Want to build a foundation in Real Estate?
Mapletree Traineeship (M-TRAIN) is a 12-month work-study full-time programme that provides recent graduates a chance to gain insights into the exciting world of Real Estate, both professionally and academically.
At the end of the programme, trainees would attain fundamental knowledge of Real Estate while having gained work experience under a leading real estate development, investment, capital and property management company. Suitable trainees may be offered career opportunities with Mapletree Group.
There will be opportunity for rotation after 6 months.
Programme Eligibility:
- Graduates in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from Universities or Polytechnics (Bachelor/ Master’s or Diploma), with less than 1 year of working experience
- Includes those who graduated from above institutions and recently completed National Service in 2019/2020
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary of $1,800 for Diploma holders, $2,000 for Degree holders and $2,200 for Master Holders
- Eligible for statutory benefits including CPF, annual leave, medical subsidies and insurance coverage
