Mapletree Industrial Fund (MIF) is a seven-year closed-end private real estate fund set up in November 2006. With committed capital of US$299 million, MIF invests in industrial properties in Asia to provide stable recurrent income and growth through built-in rental escalation, and undertakes development projects of industrial properties when suitable opportunities arise. Mapletree provides MIF with investment opportunities through its regional networks with multinational companies, industrial park developers and commercial entities.

MIF has extended its fund life by a one year term. It is now into its distribution period. Mapletree is the sponsor of MIF, with an interest of approximately 40% in the fund. MIF is managed by Mapletree Industrial Fund Management Pte. Ltd (MIFM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of  Mapletree.
