Listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST on 7 March 2013, Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust (MGCCT) aims to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate in Greater China that is used primarily for commercial purposes (including real estate used predominantly for retail and/or offices), as well as real estate-related assets. It offers the opportunity to invest in best-in-class commercial properties in Greater China.
The portfolio comprises Festival Walk in Hong Kong SAR, Gateway Plaza in Beijing and Sandhill Plaza in Shanghai, valued at approximately S$5.9 billion as at 31 March 2016.
