22 Giffnock Avenue comprises two office buildings (South building and North building) located in Macquarie Park, Sydney. Constructed in 2013, the Grade A South Building is seven-storeys with two basement levels of car park, and has large floor plates of approximately 1,400 sqm.
The North building was refurbished in 2011. The three-storey building has a floor plate of about 1,200 sqm. Total NLA of the two buildings are 13,394 sqm.
Both buildings are leased to a single tenant and the weighted average lease expiry is just under six years.
